Regular exercise is a key element to a healthy lifestyle. EZfit rewards you for working out at an approved health club. Participants age 18 and over are eligible for up to $20 reimbursement on health club membership fees in months where they work out a minimum of 8 times at an approved facility. Family insurance plans are eligible for up to 2 reimbursements per month. Reimbursement is limited to the amount paid monthly in membership fees, up to $20 per person ($40 per family).
It's easy to sign up for EZfit, all you have to do is:
- Find a participating gym or club by visiting www.nihca.org.
- Visit the gym or club of your choice
- Sign up at the club by showing your America's TPA Benefit ID Card
- Work out at the gym 8 or more times per month to receive up to $20 off membership dues
Claims are processed automatically and reimbursement is made in the form of reduced membership dues in a subsequent month.
